1. Prayer Of Honour & Thanksgiving:
Let’s spend time to acknowledge the Lord and honour Him for who He is in our lives. We thank him for this new week.

Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker

Psalm 103:2-3
Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits
who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases

2. Healing From Emotional Wounds
(Depression & Hopelessness, Shame & Guilt, Anger & Resentment, Fear & Anxiety, Loss & Grief, Rejection & Loneliness, Betrayal & Trust issues)

We bring our heart and emotions before the father, we expose it to him, we acknowledge that we were wounded. We bring the painful and traumatic experiences that have impacted us before him, we ask for healing in accordance with his word, we ask for the blood of Jesus to cleanse us from all painful emotional experiences and the conditions and effects thereof. [Feel free to write down your thoughts and any instructions that the Holy Spirit gives you]

Isaiah 53:4-5
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Jeremiah 30:17
For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord

3. Pulling Down Strongholds Of The Mind.
We pull down every stronghold of the mind that has built up over time as a result of sustaining emotional wounds. We demolish every age old lie and every high thing opposing God’s word in my mind. Taking into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

2 Corinthians 10:4-6
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

4. Restoration
We thank God for our restoration. We are grateful for our total healing and restoration. We thank God that he is doing a new thing in our lives, everything we have lost has been restored, we recover all and instead of shame there is glory.

Psalm 51:12
Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Isaiah 61:7
Instead of your shame you shall have double honour,
And instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion.
Therefore in their land they shall possess double;
Everlasting joy shall be theirs.
